Our History
The Church was founded on October 28, 1854. Charter members included William and Elizabeth Thornton, William Medlock, G. W. Williams, J. C. Williams, Reverend W. F. Thornton and Parthena, Elizabeth Williams, H. G. Leonard and Elizabeth Leonard. Five Churches have started from Boone Creek Baptist which is: Cave Springs, Antioch, New Salem, FBC Licking, and Arthur’s Creek. Two of them are still active today, FBC Licking and New Salem. About a year after the Church was organized, the Church joined the Laclede County Association. Later the Church returned to the Texas County Baptist association. A Sunday School began in 1900. A basement was begun under the Church in April 1954. An annex was begun around 1961. On September 5, 1954 the Church celebrated its 100th anniversary. September 8, 2019 the Church celebrated its 165th anniversary.

- Sunday Evening Services at 6:00 pm.
- Kid’s at the Creek ages 2 years to 6th grade, Wednesday evenings (thru the school year)
- Youth Group (Wednesdays 6 pm)
- Wednesday evening Bible Study and Prayer Meeting at 6:00 pm.
